We are a law firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This role will involve providing administrative support for the Managing Partner, assisting with day-to-day matters, drafting paperwork, tracking status of paperwork, responding and speaking to potential client inquiries, and assisting with client and case management tasks.
Additional tasks may include coordinating communications, following up with clients on outstanding invoices, overseeing social media, creating graphics for the company, helping with SEO generation, and assisting with personal tasks for the Managing Partner.
Please note that this position will be a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Assist with drafting and preparing documents as well as editing and proofreading
- Call government agencies and related third parties to track status of filings or ask questions
- Manage and track client paperwork
- Handle client communication via
- Respond to and speak with potential clients inquiries
- Support billing, invoicing, and client records
- Conduct research as needed by Managing Partner for various matters ranging from client tasks to personal matters
- Prepare and edit company newsletters
- Provide additional administrative assistance as needed
- Maintain social media accounts and create images and schedule content for posts
- Create graphics for company website, social media pages, etc.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Significant experience with social media platforms and scheduling posts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Reliable, professional, and maintains strict confidentiality
- Expertise with creating original graphics, images, and artwork
