Virtual Assistant for Amazon Business

JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon business. This role offers consistent weekly hours with room to grow into a long-term position.

Important: You must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. No exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
• Work inside our Amazon Seller Central account
• Fix inactive, suppressed, or stranded listings
• Research and identify profitable products
• Use reverse sourcing/stalking strategies
• Analyze pricing, trends, and demand for resale opportunities
• Help find trusted wholesale distributors and suppliers
• Support with inventory tracking and listing optimization
• Provide consistent updates and performance reports

Requirements
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (especially listing issues)
• Familiarity with tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, and BQool (a plus)
• Excellent English, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions
• Independent, resourceful, and reliable
