Cold Calling & Lead Generation VA

Do you excel at generating leads and starting conversations? Sweet Xscape Realty is searching for a Virtual Assistant to focus on cold calling landlords and researching Airbnb-friendly properties. You’ll play a crucial role in helping me grow the business by finding and securing rental opportunities through strategic outreach and follow-ups. If you enjoy combining research and communication, this job is for you!

This role starts part-time (20-30 hours per week) and can grow into a full-time position.

Compensation is $3-$7/hour, depending on experience, paid bi-weekly via PayPal or Wise.

Who I’m Looking For:
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making phone calls.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience with cold calling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Someone who is organized and can track calls, leads, and responses.
• A self-starter with the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call landlords and property managers to discuss rental opportunities for Airbnb arbitrage.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working with Sweet Xscape Realty.
• Overcome objections and answer landlord questions about the business model.
• Track leads and outcomes in spreadsheets or CRM software.
• Follow up with prospects as needed.
