Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and experienced Customer Support Specialist with a deep understanding of Shopify store operations. This role requires someone with excellent verbal and written English skills, a keen eye for details, and a passion for improving customer service processes. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via
-Provide Shopify-related support and assist customers with order processing, refunds, exchanges, and other store-related concerns.
-Monitor and engage with
-Assist in social media management by curating, scheduling, and responding to content across our social media platforms.
-Develop and refine customer service templates to standardize and improve our response process.
-Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement in customer service processes and recommend actionable solutions.
-Participate in regular training sessions and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
-Report on common customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to help shape future strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
-Extensive experience with Shopify store operations.
-Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
-Ability to handle phone support tasks with professionalism and patience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting hourly rate: $4.5/hour.
