Website Development Expert (Freelance to Part-Time/Full-Time)

We are looking for a talented Website Development Expert with experience in creating stunning, high-performing websites using platforms like Wix, WordPress, or other highly favored website hosting services. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of user experience, and a proven track record of designing websites that not only look amazing but also deliver results.

While experience in the beauty and wellness industry is highly preferred, we welcome all applicants who can design sleek, modern, and functional websites tailored to client needs.

This role will start on a per-gig basis, but we are seeking someone who is as passionate about growth as we are. If it’s a good fit, part-time and full-time opportunities will be available as we scale our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing, high-performing websites using platforms like Wix and WordPress.
Customize templates and features to align with client brand identities, with a strong focus on beauty and wellness.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO to ensure maximum functionality and visibility.
Ensure responsive design across all devices for seamless user experience.
Collaborate with the team to deliver creative solutions that meet client goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues promptly.
Provide recommendations for improving website performance and aesthetics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in website development with a portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and functionality.
Expertise in Wix, WordPress, or similar website-building platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and responsive design.
A good sense of aesthetics with an eye for detail, especially in designing for the luxury or beauty industry.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver projects on time.
Experience with plugins, customizations, and integrations for advanced website functionality.

Preferred Skills:
Experience creating websites for beauty, wellness, or luxury brands.
Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.
Creative problem-solving and ability to work independently.
