PERSONAL ASSISTANT

I am looking for a personal assistant. Requirements that I am looking for but is not limited to Great english and communication skills, trustworthy, someone who will be able to respond to emails and send emails to current and future customers. I am looking for someone that is great at data entry and can work their way around spreadsheets, and documents. $2-$3 per hour part time starting pay with room to grow. Spreadsheets AND EXCEL A MUST.
