Websites Administrator and SEO Specialist

We are seeking a versatile, committed, and results-driven tech professional to join our team as website administrator. The ideal candidate will oversee our websites' overall performance, functionality, and optimisation, suggest and implement effective technical SEO strategies to increase online visibility and propose revenue-generating initiatives involving websites to achieve our business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, functionality, and content of websites to ensure they align with the brand voice and business goals
Manage and monitor website performance, core web vitals, site speeds, and site back-ups, and implement other related essential improvements to enhance user experience and increase site traffic (experience in technical SEO is a must)
Collaborate with the team to inform and direct measures in implementing new features or updates necessary to improve site performance
Ensure the websites meet accessibility standards and are optimized for mobile and cross-browser compatibility

Collaborative Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to monetise websites, including advertising, affiliate programs, and e-commerce opportunities
Identify and discuss growth opportunities and recommend innovative methods and procedures to maximize revenue potential using websites and AI
Discuss and execute comprehensive SEO/ AIO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings of sites

Key Requirements:
Strong experience with CMS such as WordPress, particularly in the areas of off-page SEO, technical SEO, plugin management, troubleshooting, and UI/UX website design
Familiarity with lead management systems, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and using collaborative tools for reporting and task management (Slack, Trello)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle and transition to multiple tasks in a positive demeanour while ensuring accuracy and quality across all projects; ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Proven experience as a website manager, SEO specialist, or similar role (at least 3 years of experience with projects/sites handled)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
