We’re seeking a talented and creative individual to help us bring our story to life across social media and other digital platforms, driving engagement and attracting new clients.

Job Overview:We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, creative content, and driving results. The ideal candidate has a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences, knows how to spark engagement, and understands the balance between building a presence and driving conversions. Beyond social media, this person will also handle email marketing, support with customer experience, and occasional admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with Mondän & Co’s goals to attract clients and build engagement.

Create high-quality, story-driven content (reels, carousels, posts, and stories) that highlights the brand’s unique mission and offerings.

Write scroll-stopping hooks, engaging captions, and impactful CTAs tailored to each platform.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

Collaborate closely with the founder to capture and share the unique story of the brand and its projects.

Turn ideas, success stories, and customer testimonials into shareable content that resonates with our target audience.

Build campaigns that drive virality and inspire people to take action, whether engaging, following, or inquiring about our services.

Graphic Design & Creatives:

Create visually stunning content using Canva that aligns with the brand’s aesthetics and voice.

Design creatives for social media posts and promotional campaigns, including ad graphics and other marketing materials.

Ensure all visuals effectively communicate the message and drive engagement.


Email
Marketing:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and convert prospects into clients using Mailchimp.

Write engaging copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and client onboarding communications.

Design and implement automation workflows to streamline communication.

Customer Experience Support:

Assist with occasional client communications and provide customer support where needed to enhance their experience.

Handle admin tasks related to digital marketing or client processes, ensuring smooth operations.

Creative Brainstorming:

Proactively suggest creative campaigns, partnerships, and new ways to connect with our audience.

Collaborate on strategies to maximize client acquisition and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong storyteller who can translate ideas into engaging, relatable, and actionable content.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a track record of growing engagement and conversions.

Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft memorable captions, CTAs, and email campaigns.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and their respective tools and analytics.

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and automation.

Basic graphic design skills, especially in Canva, to create on-brand content and creatives.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

A self-starter with a creative, results-oriented mindset and a passion for storytelling.

Bonus: Experience in the interior design or home decor industry.
