JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small nut fast growing construction/consulting company looking for an admin assistant. Duties include
-maintaining/organizing digital files like google drive/sheet/docs
-email management and communication
-canva, design flyers, promotional material
-contract drafting for clients
-MUST have experience in creating and managing google sheets, project tracking, budget managing
- MUST have knowledge in budgeting projects, and construction or project management
-Detail oriented, great communication, and responding skills
- As well as other admin task, calls, email drafting, invoice creation, team collaboration
