If you're showing up to work on time each day, are in contact contract via msn or yahoo instant messenger during working hours, never disappear without notice and are meeting deadlines that you've set and your work is good you WILL be rewarded and will make a lot more money. As mentioned before, I have no problem doubling your salary after a couple months if you've proven yourself to be an asset to this company.
