JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Supplement Administrator to join the team. As a Supplement Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, resolving inquiries, and maintaining meticulous record-keeping. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow within a supportive and vibrant team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to supplement-related emails from body shops, ensuring timely and accurate processing of information.
Place outbound calls to body shops to request necessary documents, information, and updates.
Maintain detailed records of all communications with body shops, including requests, responses, and follow-ups.
Ensure clear, professional communication in English to avoid misunderstandings and ensure the efficient processing of claims.
Track and manage the flow of documents, ensuring that all necessary information is received and processed promptly.
Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers and departments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of any issues.
Provide updates and reports on the status of requests and communications.

Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
