Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract)

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a 3-month remote contract to refine and standardize all visual assets. The role offers flexible working hours but requires availability for two hours daily between 12 PM and 5 PM Eastern Time (EST) to coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities:

Redesign a 12-page PDF user manual for our printers using provided content and screenshots.
Standardize graphics for custom product boxes, ensuring alignment with updated styles.
Refresh and adjust product images using existing base images.
Create consistent designs for brochures, PDFs, and other materials, focusing on alignment, font consistency, and uniform styles.
Collaborate with the team to implement feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Manage time effectively using TimeProof or similar tools to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:

Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing similar work.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
Availability for two hours daily between 12 PM and 5 PM EST.
Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring design consistency.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with user manuals or technical guides.
Familiarity with ID card printers or similar technology.
Compensation and Contract Terms:

Compensation: $800–$1,200 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
Contract Duration: 3 months, with a possibility for extension if additional work arises.
Payments will be made via PayPal, Payoneer, or equivalent platforms.
