ABOUT US: Higher Ground Land Company specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. We focus solely on vacant land and operate in three primary departments:

1. Marketing (Lead Generation): Generating leads through direct mail campaigns.
2. Acquisitions (Buying): Managing leads and negotiating property purchases.
3. Dispositions (Selling): Selling properties to builders, developers, and individuals seeking recreational land.

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a part-time Data Scrubbing Virtual Assistant to assist our marketing team by visually qualifying properties using a specialized platform. This role involves reviewing properties and disqualifying those that do not meet our criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visually review properties using a platform with a "video game-esque" interface.
- Assess properties based on road access, flood zones, wetlands, topography, existing structures, and farmland.
- Scrub 10,000 records weekly (KPI: 1,000 properties per hour with 98%+ accuracy).
- Export qualified data into Google Sheets with proper formatting.
- Prepare lists for review by the marketing manager.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, formatting).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable computer setup with at least two monitors for efficiency.
- Fast and reliable internet connection.

WORK HOURS & PAY:
Part-time: 12-15 hours per week
Pay: $3 per 1,000 records scrubbed (Approximately 1 hour per 1,000 records)
