Customer Service Representative for Dropshipping Stores

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our dropshipping business. If you have a proven track record in dropshipping customer service and love helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to 35+ emails per hour, delivering professional and efficient customer support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with care and accuracy.
- Manage disputes on various payment provider portals (preferred if you have experience with this).

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service for dropshipping businesses.
- Familiarity with tools like ReAmaze.
- Availability to work 4-6 hours daily.
