JOB OVERVIEW

This is a permanent 30 to 40 hour per week job. You will be responsible for managing all content creation including project management and quality assurance, social media accounts, audience building and lead nurturing, along with any administrative tasks that are not more appropriately handled by another tea ---------- mber.

We are in the health and wellness space serving a mature female audience (40+). I am an author and functional medicine practitioner. Learn more about what we do at ---------- .

We will talk regularly using Google Meet or WhatsApp depending on what we need to discuss. Your work schedule must overlap with my schedule AND the additional tea ---------- mbers you will coordinate with. You will work in the afternoon to evening Ph time. Since sleep is a non-negotiable, my goal is to have you off-duty no later than 11PM Manila time. The Ph team works 7-4 so you will work in the afternoon to review work and ensure deadlines are being met. So, I’m currently anticipating the schedule will be 2PM to 11PM Ph time Monday - Thursday with occasional requirements on Friday or Saturday.

Daily/Regular Duties:

Admin Duties As Requested
Social Media Content Plan
Video Blueprint Management (similar to a script but my own process)
Social Post Creation (using OUR Canva templates or video clips created by the team)
Social Post Scheduling (using SocialBee)
Engagement Management/Help Desk (using GoHighLevel)
List Nurturing (using GoHighLevel)
Social "Selling" (using prepared scripts with mindful adjustments)
Project and task monitoring including quality assurance to my standards (using Nifty)
Tracking and reporting of results

Impeccable US English (it’s best if you attended an International School that emphasized US English)
