VOIP SIP PBX 3CX technicians, 3CX support (with experience) - long term, full time

Requirements for this job: German or English Language.

We have a cloud PBX solution built on 3CX. For this purpose, we are looking for people who already have experience with 3CX and who will support us in setting up and troubleshooting systems over a longer period of time.

The position is 100% remote and can be done from anywhere..

You should definitely already have experience with VOIP, if you have 3CX experience and have a 3CX Advanced certificate that will be great.

You mainly look after systems in the range of 50-250 extensions

You support around about 100 clients with their pbx (we have our own cloud solution, based on 3CX. Our company site (on german language: cloudmanufaktur.digital)

Thats your tasks:
set up, support and troubleshooting in the pbx
Create scripts in 3CX V20
A structured and secure procedure is also necessary. We don't do it like 3CX, where we install a new update and see what's different and whether that has a negative impact on the customer.

We first find out what's changed, what impact it has, test it thoroughly ourselves and when we're sure that it's good for our customers, we install it.

Basically you can work for us as much as you want :)
Minimum 20 h/week - Maximum: up to you :)
possible working times: 05am to 5pm GMT+1
