HTML Email Designer

Responsibilities:
- Custom create HTML coded email templates in Klaviyo. Advise on best design layouts and accessibility.
- Work from a Google Sheets brief layout and offer alternative layouts for better design.
- Collaborate on email layouts via Slack and comments within Google Sheets briefs.
- Ensure visually appealing, user-friendly, device and email service provider optimised, high-converting HTML coded email designs.
- Work closely with the CRM team to refine templates, produce alternative designs for testing and thoroughly test any new designs.
- Use Litmus or a similar tool to check the HTML coded email designs appear correctly on all devices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience creating HTML coded emails in Klaviyo.
- Proven graphic design skills to design images that will be compressed and embedded into the HTML coding on emails.
- Video to GIF manipulation
- Animation creation would be a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair.

Details:
- Creation of up to 10 HTML coded email templates for us to reuse.
- Ongoing HTML coded email design creation using these templates for our CRM activity.
- Creation of Klaviyo Flow HTML coded emails.
- Full-time role which requires you to be available 9-6pm UK time zone.
