Job Opening: Technical Sales Associate (Inside Sales)
About Us
Native Instinct LLC is a growing company specializing in high-quality equipment and services for power systems and distribution. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Sales Associate (Inside Sales) to support our operations in preparing bids for U.S. clients for technical products and equipment. This position is fully remote and ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.

Technical Sales experience is preferred (generators, power distribution equipment, trailers, etc).
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Interpret technical specifications and project plans related to generators, power distribution equipment, transfer switches, trailers, and related products.
• Communicate effectively with customers to clarify project needs, ask intelligent questions, and gather all relevant details.
• Develop detailed and accurate price quotations and proposals for customer projects.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes for required equipment and materials.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and project details in the company’s CRM and other tools.
• Continue to explore new information and self-educate on industry-leading technology.
• Assist the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Continue to track order fulfillment through delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical sales, quoting, or a related role, preferably with experience in power systems or electrical distribution equipment.
• Technical Skills:
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and project plans.
o Familiarity with quoting and specifying products like generators, transfer switches, and distribution systems.
o Strong understanding of electrical equipment and power systems.
o Proficiency in MS Office, Trello and Google Sheets
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
o Experience with government contracts is a bonus
o Technical Sales Experience preferred
• Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
o Ability to ask relevant and insightful questions to customers and suppliers.
• Organizational Skills:
o Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and quoting tools.
• Soft Skills:
o Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation Package:
• Starting salary: $800/month (Annual raises applicable)
• Bi-weekly payouts at beginning of pay period
• Performance bonuses
• 13th-month pay
