Creative Designer for E-commerce brands and products

We are a UK based progressive and fast growing e-commerce agency with multiple projects and clients right now.

As we scale, we need a dedicated Designer to manage the production and development of creative requirements for a range of e-commerce brands and products.

Week Hours required: Full Time (min 30 hours per week). Availability to work online and on tracker during the office core hours which is from 7PM to 10PM (Philippine Standard Time), Monday to Friday for team collaboration is a must.

Main Responsibilities
Produce innovative ideas for the visual elements in all kinds of media (e.g. logos, packaging, social media, websites, product images)
Manage a pipeline of packaging designs for upcoming products ensuring design is never a hold up for going into production.
Oversee photographer and copywriter to ensure a smooth pipeline of product images to meet product launch deadlines
Liaise with clients and partners and implement feedback on creatives as required
Work collaboratively with external consultants and agencies (e.g. Brand, Shopify Developer) to deliver projects to time and budget
Provide specific support to Mozart in testing product samples and providing feedback to Director
Assist fellow designers in terms of design and execution
Work with Brand Consultant to develop Brand Guidelines for each brand for use by partners, colleagues and external agencies

Qualifications
Background working in design industry with experience of product design
Highly creative with an an eye for shape and colour
Understanding of what customers look for in a product
Ability to use drawings, 3D models and computer designs to express creative ideas
Ability to research and analyse
Exceptional English language communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to take direction as well as work independently
High level of attention to detail
Ability and willingness to utilise project management and time tracking software
