We are a growing Massachusetts-based law firm seeking an EXPERIENCED Paralegal or Case Manager with a SOLID background in Employment Law or Personal Injury law specifically within the Massachusetts legal environment. This individual will be instrumental in guiding our attorneys by sharing insights and best practices gained from their previous experience at a Massachusetts law firm. Your knowledge of Massachusetts law and proven expertise will be key to elevating our team’s effectiveness as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide our attorneys on best practices in Employment Law or Personal Injury cases, based on your experience in Massachusetts-based law firms.
Provide strategic advice on case management, legal document drafting, and procedural best practices specific to Massachusetts law.
Assist in refining workflows, case management processes, and systems to increase efficiency across the firm.
Offer training to attorneys on Massachusetts-specific legal practices, court procedures, and strategies that will enhance their performance.
Review case files with attorneys and help identify potential issues or areas for improvement in case handling.
Keep the legal team informed of any changes in Massachusetts law that could impact ongoing or future cases.
Act as a resource for attorneys in handling complex legal matters, offering practical insights and solutions.
Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Employment Law and Personal Injury cases, ensuring consistency in our approach across the firm.
