We are a UK based progressive and fast growing e-commerce agency with multiple projects and clients right now.
As we scale, we need a dedicated Operations Officer to join our team to support our team.
Job purpose: To provide efficient and high quality operational support.
Main responsibilities
• Liaise with suppliers about product pricing, specifications, production times and shipping information
• Support Product Researcher to provide required information to management for product selection
• Support with shipping of products from factories to destination warehouse
• Analyse the product fault logs and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues
• Manage and resolve cases on Seller Central
• Manage Seller Central accounts
• Manage AMZtracker
Person specification
• Proven experience and understanding of e-commerce sector and Amazon Seller Central
• Technical skills: web research, google docs & sheets, data entry
• Ability to research and analyse
• Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse and heavy workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to take direction as well as work independently
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to utilise project management and time tracking software
