Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller

We are a growing real estate investment firm specializing in wholesaling properties. We acquire properties at discounted rates, then sell them to real estate investors for a profit. We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. As a Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to property owners, identifying motivated sellers, and gathering critical information about their properties. Your goal will be to qualify leads and set appointments for our acquisition team to follow up and close deals. You’ll be an essential part of our team in driving sales and helping us expand our real estate portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Make outbound cold calls to property owners (mostly residential) to gather property details and assess their willingness to sell.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass hot leads to the acquisition team.
Use the provided scripts or create your own conversational style while ensuring a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and notes in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads to keep them engaged in the sales process.
Track performance and provide regular feedback on lead quality and trends.

**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable making numerous outbound calls each day.
self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software (or willingness to learn).
Real estate knowledge is helpful but not required; we will provide training.
