Real estate assistant (Lead Generation, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our growing real estate investment firm. This role combines lead generation, marketing, and transaction coordination, offering an excellent opportunity to work in multiple areas of real estate. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Research and identify motivated sellers (e.g., pre-foreclosures, distressed properties, off-market deals).
• Conduct skip tracing, cold calling, and SMS outreach to connect with potential sellers.
• Qualify leads and input accurate information into our CRM.
• Marketing:
• Post property listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other ad platforms.
• Assist in creating and managing content for email campaigns and social media.
• Build and maintain a database of potential buyers, including cash buyers and wraparound mortgage buyers.
• Transaction Coordination:
• Assist in managing the deal process from contract to close.
• Communicate with title companies, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Keep CRM organized with up-to-date transaction details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, lead generation, marketing, or transaction coordination is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using tools like CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel), Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours & Pay:

• Hours: Capped at 20 hours per week.
• Pay: $3/hour to start, with potential for performance bonuses for successful deals.
