Civil engineer

We construction company in Texas USA we are looking for civil engineer with experience in design of plans for commercial constructions.
Plans for construction typically includes : design of utilities ,design of roads, design of site grading and drainage, design of a parking .
We are looking for for Engeneer with experience in this type of designs and willing to learn American standards of designs.
This is a full-time job 7 hours per day must be done on our time zone. Required knowledge and experience of Autodesk AutoCAD Civil . Additionally we will need help shopping for materials and help with construction management.
This job will require close work with the owner .
Applicant and must be willing to learn new things about construction and construction materials.
We are offering $4 dollars per hour to start for the first 90 days after this time salary will be renegotiated to reflect performance.
We are looking for somebody for long-term as part of our team.
