Company Overview:

Anita L Williamson is a real estate agent in the Central Virginia area of the US for over 8 years. She focuses her lead generation on attracting customers with her social media marketing. She is looking to expand her admin team with a dynamite social media and editing virtual assistant who is eager to learn and work on various digital tasks.

Role Summary:

This position involves creating and managing social media (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), editing content, creating Canva graphics, and learning new digital marketing tools. Guidance is provided through SOPs and regular one-on-one meetings. Prior real estate experience is PREFERRED but not required. A willingness to learn and ask questions is essential. This position is perfect for someone who is naturally creative, self motivated, a leader, has a STRONG verbal and written comprehension of English, and brings their own ideas to the table. Must be personable to work as a team and be able to follow directions.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule and cross post video content on multiple social media sites such as - Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, Google Business, etc.

* Creating captions that are SEO optimized for different platforms (including social media, website blog, Google Business, etc)

* Edit wide range of video content to be engaging and visually appealing for Reels, long-form Facebook/Instagram videos, Youtube videos, and Tik Tok

* Create engaging videos using templates, motion graphics, animations, visual and sound effects, transitions, lower thirds & titles, LUTs, overlays, and textures.

* Managing website blog with SEO optimized posts on Wordpress format (backend website management)

* Managing the operation of Youtube channel - developing content strategies, uploading and scheduling videos, expanding Youtube audience, writing descriptions, optimizing SEO element such as video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved search engine visibility and ranking.

* Canva: Creation of video thumbnails, listing brochures, social media static posts, and additional marketing assets

* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

* Post on Website (Wordpress)

* Assist with funnel creation in Go High Level CRM

* Assist with email campaigns in MailChimp



Preferred Experience with These Tools:

* Canva, Meta Business Suite Planner (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, ---------- , Wevideo, ---------- , Google Drive, Google My Business, Wordpress

Requirements:

* STRONG oral and written English
* Quick learner with a positive and proactive approach
* Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks
* Proven experience in video editing
* Reliable internet connection
* Experience with Google Drive, Google Suite Products, Canva, Meta Business Suite required
* Experience with MailChimp and ---------- highly recommended
* Familiarity with Go High Level CRM and funnels a plus
* Familiarity with SEO best practices, particularly for YouTube optimization
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in social media management or virtual assistance is PREFERRED
