JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the Only 11 Minutes Program, a mission-critical initiative aimed at empowering communities through education on healthy relationships and leadership development. The Project Assistant will be an integral member of the team, working closely with the Program Manager and leadership to ensure the effective development, distribution, and implementation of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Support: Assist with the coordination and day-to-day management of program activities, including content development, task organization, and timeline tracking for the Only 11 Minutes e-learning courses.
• Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Support outreach efforts to sector stakeholders and community partners, aiding in the development of relationships to maximize program impact and engagement.
• Content and Material Development: Help prepare program materials such as pitch documents, email communications, videos, presentations, and proposals. Contribute to creating engaging and sector-specific storyboards for e-learning content.
• Communication and Reporting: Assist in drafting reports on program activities, outcomes, and metrics. Help update internal and external stakeholders on program progress through various communication channels.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support logistics for virtual and in-person events. Keep tea ---------- mbers informed of upcoming deadlines and priorities.
• Systems and Tools: Support the use of digital tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Canva, Flodesk, and Beaver Builder for program content creation and distribution.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project support, program coordination, or administrative roles. Experience in project management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting clear and engaging materials.
• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance or collaborate with tea ---------- mbers.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media management, digital marketing tools like Flodesk, or other similar tools is preferred.
• Passion for mission-driven work, with an idealism and positive attitude towards advancing community empowerment and education.
