Outbound DM Specialist (Remote, Commission-Only)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound DM Specialist who will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to improve their health and fitness. You will proactively reach out on social media platforms (primarily Instagram) to generate leads, set appointments, and promote our personalized coaching programs. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who excel at converting leads and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach

Conduct daily outbound direct messages (DMs) to potential leads on Instagram and other social platforms.
Engage in meaningful, personalized conversations to qualify prospects and introduce them to our coaching programs.
Appointment Setting

Seamlessly transition qualified leads to scheduled discovery calls or consultations with our coaching team.
Maintain an organized calendar and coordinate with the sales/coach team to ensure smooth follow-up.

KPI Tracking & Reporting

Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly outreach metrics (DM count, response rate, appointments set, etc.).
Analyze and report performance trends to leadership, proposing innovative solutions to exceed targets.
Collaboration

Work closely with our marketing, sales, and coaching teams to align messaging and optimize lead generation.
Provide feedback from frontline conversations to help shape campaign strategies.

Qualifications

Fitness Passion: You live and breathe health and fitness, and genuinely want to help others do the same.
Sales & Communication Skills: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, customer service, or similar roles. Strong written communication is a must.

Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Team Player: Positive attitude and eagerness to collaborate to drive company-wide success.
