Video Editor - Longterm (Bonuses & Training)

We are a Marketing Agency looking for an Experienced Editor who can create Short-form Edits for Social Media (TikTok & Instagram).

**What We Offer:
  - Base Salary: 30,000 PHP (starting rate)

**Editor Responsibilities:
- Edit Raw Footage and Create a Final Edit Designed for Social Media
- Open to Feedback, Training and Learning Professional Editing Skills
- Follow Brand Guidelines and Creating Social Media Styled Edits
- Manage Projects in Notion App

**Qualifications:
- Experience with Creating Engaging Short-form Video Edits
- Knowledge of Social Media & Trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Use of Professional Assets: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve **(NO CAPCUT)**
- Strong Skillset of: branding, color grading, custom graphics, branded captions, well aligned b-roll, zooms (ins & outs), clean
sound effects and music
