JOB OVERVIEW

Our US based real estate sales team is in need of a FANTASTIC virtual assistant. Average candidates need not apply, we are a high paced, fun, energetic team looking for an administrative ninja. We have great systems, tools, and training and potential for growth within the company. This is an opportunity not to be missed.

Time Zone
9-6pm M-F Arizona US time

Skills / Tools Required

- Bulletproof internet and systems required. You must have VERY reliable internet and power with backups
- Must have private office at home away from distractions, children etc
- Previous work for a US based company working US hours is a must
- Fantastic, fluent English skills a must
- Microsoft Office
- Google Products (sheets, forms, gmail, chrome)
- VERY organized
- Fast paced worker

Daily Work Examples

- Data Entry
- Booking Travel
- answering and returning simple customer service phone calls
- email screening
- facebook and other social media posting
- quality control checks (filling out weekly checklists checking the work of other team members)
- Real estate transaction coordinating (training provided)
- This involves organizing home inspections, home showings etc)
