TikTok Shop Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Assistant to support our Brand Manager in managing and growing our TikTok Shop account. This is a vital role for our business, as you’ll be helping to strengthen relationships with our creators, maintain account health, and optimize our listings to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Creator Collaboration and Support
Respond to Creator Messages: Engage with creators in our cooperation chat to answer questions, assist with sample requests, and ensure they feel supported as part of our team.
Nurture Creator Relationships: Build lasting relationships with our affiliates, making them feel part of something bigger than just a collaboration.
Manage Product Distribution: Ensure creators have the necessary products and samples to succeed in their campaigns.
2. Obtain Spark Ad IDs
Analyze Top Videos: Use our software to identify the best-performing videos for each product.
Coordinate with Creators: Reach out to creators to request their Spark Ad ID Codes, enabling us to leverage their content for our paid marketing campaigns.
3. Targeted Collaborations
Research and Invite Creators: Identify high-potential creators by analyzing their content and engagement metrics. Follow established guidelines to determine the best fits for collaboration.
Strategic Outreach: Send personalized invites to join our affiliate program and contribute to the success of the brand.
4. Sample Approval and Management
Approve or Deny Sample Requests: Assess sample requests based on predefined criteria to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
5. Account Management
Monitor Account Health: Regularly review account performance and metrics to maintain a healthy TikTok Shop account.
Appeal Violations: Take prompt action to appeal any account violations and maintain compliance with TikTok’s policies.
6. Listing Optimization
Optimize Product Listings: Continuously refine product listings to improve visibility, engagement, and sales performance.
Requirements
Proven experience managing or assisting with e-commerce platforms, preferably TikTok Shop.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with creators and handle inquiries effectively.
Analytical mindset for researching and identifying quality creators and optimizing account performance.
Familiarity with TikTok trends, policies, and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in using software for video analysis and data-driven decision-making.
