Type of work: Remote, Full-Time
Hours: Weekdays, US Eastern Time (6am start), 40-50 hours a week (Goal Oriented Hours)
Compensation: USD $700/month, Commission for outstanding work, EOY Bonus
Start Date: Hiring for immediate start

About the Company & Role
We are a high growth US financial conference organizer. We operate business conferences that connect leading finance executives from some of the most influential global corporations (Fortune 1000, NASDAQ, S&P). We are seeking a few “A-team” players to assist our business development and “Event Production” needs. This role would be email oriented, and would involve email marketing, business development, and lead generation. Successful candidates are high energy, hard working, extremely organized, and willing to learn.

Additional Requirements
• Fluent English Skills (IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL PBT 630/ TOEFL IBT 109 or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of financial markets terminology, business terminology, and capital markets terminology.
• Capable of driving business development initiatives in a focused and strategic manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of receptiveness to feedback and guidance.
• Proficient in managing projects autonomously, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Having a thick skin: in this role, you will often be told “no”, be ignored, or otherwise rejected by prospects. We need a candidate that is comfortable with this rejection, and keeps a positive outlook to continue executing on business development goals and email initiatives.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and unwavering determination.
