Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in Notion and ClickUp to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within our various databases and project management systems. You will also assist with writing and posting content on LinkedIn to increase our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data organization principles, a proven ability to work with Notion and ClickUp, and excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into Notion and ClickUp databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Update existing records and verify the accuracy of data.
Organize and maintain data within Notion and ClickUp, including creating and managing pages, tasks, and databases.
Collaborate with tea
Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
Write and post engaging content on LinkedIn to promote company updates, events, and culture.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Timezone: Must have working hours that overlap with the US CST timezone (morning through afternoon preferred).
Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Must be willing to join daily video Zoom calls.
Attention to Detail: High standards for consistency, formatting, and accuracy.
VPN Access: Some tools may need US-based logins.
Coachability: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and improve.
