SEO Link Builder for Finding High Quality Paid Backlink Opportunities

I do digital marketing in the U.S. and am looking for an offpage SEO specialist in the Philippines who can help acquire high-quality paid backlinks for guest posting and niche edits. I am typically looking for an SEMRush Authority Score or ahrefs DR of 25 or more and sites with monthly organic traffic of 1,000 or more. The work will involve finding websites in various niches, evaluating whether they would be good sites to get a link from and then doing the outreach to those sites. The work would also involve negotiating placement fees, providing anchor texts and ensuring the links are actually placed. Our copywriter will provide the content.

Our niches include home services (such as roofing, landscaping, electrical), automotive, web design and digital marketing.

This is manual outreach rather than loading sites into Instantly or some other tool. I am looking for a long term relationship with the right person. I am looking to start with 20 - 30 hours per week but am flexible for the right applicant.
