Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, aligning inventory needs with sales goals.
- Strategically plan and execute replenishment cycles for platforms like
- Handle inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and freight forwarders to secure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Oversee import/export logistics, including HS code classifications and compliance with European regulations.
- Track and analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives, reducing logistics expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Design and implement strategies to scale operations, ensuring processes are future-proof as the company grows.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing supply chain processes, including inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and forecasting.
- Strong technical expertise in demand planning and forecasting tools, with a proven track record of using data to inform decisions.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms like
- Experience with international logistics, including HS codes, freight forwarding, and compliance with European regulations.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel or supply chain software for demand planning, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and strategic approach.
- Expertise in designing efficient replenishment systems and strategies.
- Fluent in English
- Highly autonomous and capable of working independently to deliver results.
