Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions and project support. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle critical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prioritize, draft, and respond to
• Handle phone calls, screen inquiries, and route messages to appropriate parties.
• Prepare presentations and assist with communication materials for stakeholders.
2. Document Management
• Organize, maintain, and manage physical and digital filing systems.
• Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, memos, and correspondence.
3. Project and Data Support
• Submit start and closeout documents such as CCIP, safety documentation, and warranty information.
• Support special improvement projects, research, and data analysis.
• Gather information, compile reports, and present findings to the team.
4. Logistics Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate material deliveries to job sites.
• Maintain accurate tracking of deliveries and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate service calls
• Manage inventory entries
To be successful, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and ability to multitask.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $9,000 annual
Bonus: Dependent upon individual and business performance
Additional benefits: Opportunity to train in US
Primary Location: Remote – Metro Manila Preferred.
Secondary Locations: DMV Area, Baltimore, and others as necessary
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM (US East Coast Time)
