Part-Time Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Assistant!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate real estate transactions, ensuring all documents and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate with buyers, sellers, title companies, and agents to facilitate smooth closings.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling,
Schedule calls for the owner, place items on the calendar and maintain the calendar.
Assist with marketing efforts, data entry, and other projects as needed.
Create Standard Operating Procedures for various roles in the company with the help of other employees.
Solicit reviews for our company from vendors, clients and others as needed.
Maintain and update website with properties (no specialized expertise needed, training provided).
Blog writing and posting (chat GPT is okay assuming it is land and business relevant and error free)
Other administrative items as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate transactions, project management or administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (experience with real estate software is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent training and resources are provided during a paid training period.
