Podcast Assistant Needed for an Awesome New Show! (Part-Time)

We are seeking a talented Podcast Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This key position requires someone who can bring creativity and technical expertise to produce engaging and high-quality podcast content. Your skills should be top-notch, and you should be comfortable working as part of a remote team. Your work will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit podcast episodes from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with hosts and guests to develop engaging content.
- Ensure high-quality audio production and sound design.
- Manage the podcast production schedule to meet deadlines.
- Distribute and promote podcast episodes using Buzzsprout and other platforms.
- Produce intro and exit music for the podcast or commission and manage the process with external creators.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in podcast production and editing.
- Strong audio editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar software.
- Creative storytelling abilities and a keen ear for audio quality.
- Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms, especially Buzzsprout.
- Ability to produce or commission intro and exit music for the podcast.
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience with remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
