About Us
We are seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position requires 40 hours per week, working European hours of the day CET 8AM -4PM. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, GDN, and Taboola, utilizing your video and image editing skills to produce compelling creatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will:
-Work closely with Campaign Managers
-Take requests from the task board and make setups on our software
-Launching campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, GDN, and Taboola (mostly META)
-Create creatives, both video and static

Learning Metrics:
-Familiarize yourself with key advertising metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROI) and understand how they influence decision-making.
Use this knowledge to provide insights and support optimization processes.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
-Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices within the search arbitrage industry.
-Bring proactive ideas and suggestions to the table. We value individuals who can express their ideas clearly, execute them effectively, and adapt to changing scenarios.


What We’re Looking For
Experience:
-Familiarity with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, GDN, and Taboola.
-Experience in search arbitrage or a related field is a significant plus.

Skills:
-Analytical and creative mindset, capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Slack, and project management software.
-Video Editing Skills
-Creative Editing Skills
