Freelance Graphic Designer

We’re a Marketing Agency seeking a talented and detail-oriented freelance designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will provide essential support during busy periods, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality creative solutions to our clients.

To thrive in this role, you should embody the following qualities:
• Proficiency in English
• 2+ years of experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• A proactive, inquisitive mindset
• Strong skills in responsive web design and graphic design
• A collaborative spirit, comfortable working within small teams
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
• Ability to adapt to various client needs and industries
• Reliable time management and consistency in meeting deadlines
• Availability to work within EST time zone
• A sense of humor and a positive attitude—because work should be enjoyable!
Responsibilities:
• Translating design mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into visually compelling website and digital layouts
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs
• Handling updates and refinements to existing designs as per client feedback
• Designing creative assets for web and social media, such as banners, flyers, and infographics
• Contributing to branding projects, including logos, style guides, and visual identities
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas
Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD for UI/UX design
• Experience with WordPress design workflows
• Knowledge of Slack and ClickUp for team communication and task management
• Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML and CSS (a plus)
