Are you experienced in managing CRM systems and workflow automation? Zipcio is hiring a skilled CRM Manager to streamline client management processes and enhance overall efficiency. If you have a strong grasp of pipeline management, integration tools, and technical troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for seamless client experiences.
- Oversee client pipelines and create effective workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM.
- Implement third-party automation integrations (e.g., Zapier).
- Support website maintenance and manage hosting and domains as needed.

Requirements:
1. Experience managing both agency-level and sub-accounts in a CRM platform.
2. Strong background in pipeline setup and workflow management.
3. Proficiency in technical troubleshooting within CRM systems.
4. Familiarity with Zapier or similar integration tools for process automation.
5. Basic experience in website and domain management is a plus.

Additional Information:
- Initial Rate: $7/hour
