Finding and creating TikTok/Reels trends and content formats

Looking for someone able to find TikTok/Reels trends and content formats to replicate, as well as adapting them to fit the personal brand they will apply to.

Responsibilities
• Find similar accounts to take inspiration from
• Find TikTok/Reels trends and videos to replicate
• Adapt the videos to fit the personal brand
• Write engaging on-video captions
• Review stats weekly to learn and improve

This role does NOT entail editing videos.

Skills
• Good understanding of TikTok/Reels
• Able to write engaging captions in English
