To maintain our high standards, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Kymo Cleaning, handling customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will respond to customers via multiple channels, including email, Google reviews, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and various marketplaces. Experience with the Dutch market and customer service practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (primary channel), social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), Google reviews, and marketplaces.
Handle questions, complaints, and feedback efficiently, always aiming to provide a positive resolution.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and comments across all platforms.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to address complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to products or services.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the Dutch market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
Familiarity with customer service tools and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Empathy, patience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with marketplaces like ---------- or Amazon is a strong plus.
