Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Kymo Cleaning, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our blog. You will play a crucial role in building our brand, growing our community, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and blog).
Develop engaging posts, reels, and videos to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Write captivating captions, blog articles, and social media copy that align with our brand voice.
Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to ensure our content stays relevant and impactful.
Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Analyze performance metrics and create reports to optimize future content strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader business goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, blogs).
Strong skills in content creation, including video editing and graphic design (Canva proficiency is a must).
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to track and improve performance.
A creative and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
