Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis techniques, has strong problem-solving skills, and possesses the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide actionable insights.
Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver meaningful analyses.
Perform statistical analyses to support business objectives and forecast trends.
Develop and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
Present findings and recommendations to management in clear and concise formats.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
Certification in data analysis or related tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is an advantage.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools is a bonus
