Ruby Developer!

Who are we looking for?
You! No seriously, if you think you have some or all of the below skills or experience we'd really love to hear from you:
• Plenty of experience in Ruby, Rails and the other usual suspects (rspec, capybara)
• Good knowledge and understanding of the front-end disciplines (JavaScript/CoffeeScript, Sass, Haml)
• A good cross-section of development skills & tooling: git workflows, databases & caching (MySQL/redis), AWS
• A love of building RESTful APIs that implement HATEOAS (HAL, JSONApi)
• Experience with Continuous Integration, TDD, Agile, Lean and other engineering & delivery practices
• Endlessly passionate about automation (of all the things!)
• You long to work in an environment which allows you to showcase your devotion to Continuous Delivery/Deployment and all the tools & practices needed to achieve this! (ok we may have over-cooked things now..)
We're less concerned about 'seniority' through years of experience and much more interested your actual accomplishments, your high levels of motivation, your sense of ambition and desire to innovate and your collaborative and team-focused attitude. We'd love to hear about some of the other projects where you've displayed these traits and more. If you have examples of your work online, presentations you've done at conferences or meetups or open-source projects you've contributed towards even better!
