Job Title: Operations Assistant for E-commerce Clothing Brand

Job Summary:

As an assistant you will focus on all things regarding inbound & outbound purchase order shipments, communicating with our warehouse & team what comes in & when. This also involves being in communication with all of our manufacturers and giving critical reminders on any delays and when an inbound is coming in.

With all things regarding inbounds, this will also include:

- Initiating bulk orders & logging bulk orders
- Logging inbounds & all information regarding the inbound (date, quantity, etc.)
- SKU logging & barcode generation
- Tracking inventory & sell rates, reminders when an item is selling out
- Customer service & communicating to our customers in a professional & timely manner

We are looking for long-term, full time applicants who want to grow within a fast-paced organization & collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure everyone is reminded what is coming in & when.

Prior Skills/Experience preferred in:
- Inventory management + forecasting
- Manufacturer communications
- Procurement for physical products
- Customer service for Shopify ecommerce stores
- Social media marketing
- Executive assistance for personal affairs of executives

Qualifications:
- Organizational skills
- Prior experience as an assistant
- Prior experience with supply chain communications & inventory management
- Prior experience working with e-commerce clients
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred technical skills with the following tools:
- Excel
- Google Sheets
- Warehouse OMS Systems (For example: Shiphero)
- WeChat/WhatsApp
