JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage and streamline my job application process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to customize application materials, and a strong eye for detail. A background or knowledge in finance, investment, and relationship management is highly desirable. Availability during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours is a significant advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify job opportunities on company websites and platforms like LinkedIn based on the criteria I provide.
Prepare and submit applications, ensuring all materials are tailored to align with the requirements of each position.
Add relevant details and keywords to enhance the effectiveness of each application.
Maintain a detailed and organized tracking system for all applications, including company names, job titles, and application statuses.
Regularly monitor my email inbox for responses and keep me updated on the progress of applications.
Requirements:

Proven experience in job application management or a similar administrative role.
Knowledge or background in finance, investment, or relationship management.
Strong proficiency with tools like spreadsheets and email management platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Availability during AEST hours is highly preferred.
