Reports To: Care Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caregiver Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top caregiver talent to provide high-quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of seniors through exceptional caregiving services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers, including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Aides (PCAs).
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, community events, and networking to source candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for caregiving roles.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process, including background checks, reference checks, and compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Onboard new caregivers into our agency management system, AxisCare, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered and maintained.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations to create a steady pipeline of caregiver candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and hiring metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process and promptly addressing any concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in caregiver recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
