1. Maintains accounting records.
2. Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment.
3. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements expense vouchers, receipts accounts payable.)
4. Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
5. Compile data or contract agreements and prepare a variety of reports.
6. Check, verify and process invoices.
7. Prepare payments for signature.
8. Sort, code and enter accounts payable data.
9. Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
10. Maintain supplier and/or client files.
11. Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
12. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
