Full-Time Content Specialist (3 Positions Available)

Our starting rate is $3/hour, but top performers quickly earn more as they demonstrate competence and deliver results. This role is not just about video editing or writing—it’s about owning the process from start to finish. If you’re up for the challenge, read on!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Process content through the four stages of the content factory (Google “Content Factory Blitzmetrics” to learn about these stages).
Work with client content, such as tree service companies documenting their work, to create engaging social posts, blogs, and YouTube videos that drive results.
Repurpose long-form content (30+ minutes) into blog posts, YouTube videos, social media clips, and more.
Collaborate on growing the influence of High Rise Influence and its clients by leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Descript, and others.
Analyze content performance and continuously optimize output for maximum impact.

What We Need From You:
Proficiency in Written English: A non-negotiable must.
Familiarity with AI Tools: Descript, ChatGPT, and others we'll train you on.
Versatility and Initiative: Ability to transform content across multiple platforms and follow it through every stage of the Content Factory.
Problem-Solving Skills: Self-reliant, resourceful, and committed to quality.
